Have you stayed in a career because you are uncertain of how to make a change?
Is the fear of change preventing you from finding your calling?
Or are you not sure what it is that you would like to do next?

If you have answered yes to any of these questions now is the time to hire a career coach.

What does a career coach do?
I will spend time with you carefully analyzing your career, your interests, your skills, and help you work on defining a new
career path. Our very first session is a time to get acquainted and discuss the process of career coaching. From that point we
begin a six week process where we schedule weekly telephone appointments and work together to learn more about you and
your career path. We will consider resources and strategies for to use as part of this process.

Here are some of the questions and topics we explore:
Who You Are, Where You've Been, What You Offer, What You Need, What is Your Calling and Your Passion, What Do You
Dream, What Can You Do, Where Can You Go, What Do You Need

My goal is to help you develop an awakening and renewed sense of self and purpose.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What is the nature of the coaching relationship?
The coach has a background and expertise in business, business management, business operations, adult education, career
coaching, academic coaching, and professional development. We work together to help you find new results in your life.

What are the benefits of career coaching?
One of the things you will get by working with me is that I am there—intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually. You will feel this.
Even between our calls, when the going gets rough, you can always call me.

Another part of what you will be getting from a coach is a fresh, but experienced, set of eyes and ears. That contributes to the
creative exchange between us. Creativity and collaboration are the best solutions to most problems. Either we will find the
solution together, or we will create the solution, together.

Will we be successful in helping me find clarity about my career?
We Will Be Successful: Because the synergy of having two brains working for you always increases your effectiveness.

Is my information kept confidential?
The coach recognizes that certain information of a confidential manner may be relayed during either regular or coach-on-call
sessions. The coach will not at any time, either directly or indirectly, use this information for the coach’s benefit or disclose said
information to anyone else without specific client approval (excludes disclosure of illegal or unethical activities).

I have positive expectations for a coaching relationship that helps you to create the life you want to live. We will partner
together professionally over a six week period for fifteen minutes each week. There will be worksheets for you to complete
most of these weeks and you are free to share hopes, dreams, goals, ambitions, and frustrations,  because I am there to
listen, help, and guide you.
