Helping You Find Direction and Purpose in Your Career

Have you stayed in a career because you are uncertain of how to make a change? Is the fear of change preventing you from finding your calling? Or are you not sure what it is that you would like to do next? If you have answered yes to any of these questions now is the time to hire a career coach.

What does a career coach do? I will spend time with you carefully analyzing your career, your interests, your skills, and help you work on defining a new career path. Our very first session is a time to get acquainted and discuss the process of career coaching. From that point we begin a six week process where we schedule weekly telephone appointments and work together to learn more about you and your career path. We will consider resources and strategies for to use as part of this process.

I’ve devoted many years to the study of adult learning within an online classroom and developed a mentoring program for online instructors who are new to the technologically-enabled classroom or online instructors who want to gain new perspectives on the process of distance learning.
